I LOVE IT... you just bbq the crust a bit before hand, so it's semi-cooked and then throw on the toppings and in about 5-10 min you're done. Some veggies (the heartier ones) might need to be tossed on the grill for a few minutes before assembly but most will cook up great right on the 'za.
