He has a friend who also loves beer and knows how to brew beer.
They decided they would brew some beer together and, in the spirit of geekdom, founded a brewery in order to do so. Thus, Octopus Brewery was born.
Octopus 1 and Octopus 2 were both refreshing and flavourful. At the official tasting party (to which only a select few guests were invited) they were deliciously paired with smoked brisket and jerk ribs.
The small first batch of their artisanal, craft beer is now nearly exhausted. So I'm sure I'll see the two brewmasters hard at work again soon in my cramped kitchen.
